Originally from the vibrant country of Afghanistan, Halima is a teacher, mother of two and a gifted artisan now call the United States home.  Having moved to the U.S. less than five years ago, she has quickly embraced her new community, fueled by a genuine love for people and the warm welcome she received. While her professional heart lies in education, her creative soul is found in the kitchen and at her jeweler's bench. What began as a hobby crafting traditional Afghan inspired jewelry and preparing authentic soulful meals has grown into a vision for the future. As a devoted wife and mom, she is now eager to channel her skills into a family business, blending her Afghan heritage with her American dream to share the beauty of Afghan culture through her art and flavor.
